1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms as described in Section 15.
2. About the Site; No Online Gambling
The Site provides information about NGG and its cardroom properties in Washington State. The Site does not offer, accept, or facilitate any wager, bet, or game of chance or skill played for money or anything of value, and no gambling of any kind takes place through the Site. Cardroom gaming is available only in person at licensed premises, subject to the rules of the applicable property and applicable law.
3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. Washington law and each property’s policies set minimum ages to enter a cardroom, participate in gaming, and be served alcohol, and those ages may be higher than the age required to use the Site (for example, 21 at properties serving alcohol). It is your responsibility to know and meet the requirements that apply to you. Nothing on the Site is directed to, or an invitation to, anyone below the applicable legal age.
4. Regulatory Information
Cardroom gaming in Washington is regulated by the Washington State Gambling Commission under RCW Chapter 9.46 and Title 230 of the Washington Administrative Code. NGG’s cardroom properties operate under licenses issued by the Washington State Gambling Commission. License information is available at wsgc.wa.gov.
5. Responsible Gaming
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Please gamble only what you can afford to lose, set limits, and take breaks. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, help is available:

6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, layout, and software (“Site Content”), are owned by NGG, its affiliates, or their licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Norwest Gaming Group,” “Silver Dollar Casino”, “Crazy Moose Casino”, and associated logos are trademarks of NGG or its affiliates. No right to use them is granted except as stated here.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• use the Site to place, solicit, or facilitate any unlawful wager or unlicensed gambling activity;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access or collect data from the Site, except for standard search-engine indexing;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• use Site Content for commercial purposes, or frame or mirror the Site, without our written consent; or
• submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
8. Submissions and Feedback
If you send us questions, comments, suggestions, or other materials through the Site (“Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to provide them. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Submissions are not confidential, and you grant NGG a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use them for any lawful business purpose without compensation to you. Our use of personal information you submit is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit sensitive information such as government ID numbers or payment card or bank account details.
9. Promotions, Events, and Offers
Information on the Site about promotions, tournaments, events, entertainment, hours, and offerings is provided for general information only. It may change or be withdrawn without notice, is not a binding offer, and is subject to the official rules, house rules, and eligibility requirements of the applicable property, which control if they conflict with the Site. Promotions are void where prohibited by law. Errors and omissions may occur, and we may correct them at any time.
10. Third-Party Sites and Content
The Site may link to third-party websites, social media pages, or services. Links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Copyright Complaints
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent: contact@norwestgaminggroup.com.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SITE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NGG, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
These Terms govern the Site only. They do not limit any rights or obligations that arise from your in-person visit to a property, which are governed by that property’s rules and applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NGG, its affiliates, and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Changes to the Site and These Terms; Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice or liability. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new “Last Updated” date; changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them. We may restrict or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 8, and 12 through 16.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and NGG agree that the state and federal courts located in Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
17. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and NGG regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely, including to a successor to our business. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. There are no third-party beneficiaries. Headings are for convenience only.
